Positively the 4-6-2 Pacific. They were well balanced, powerful, comfortable, fast, and capable on mountainous and prairies the like. A good all around locomotive.

I like the steam locos operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad.
If I have to pick one I'll take Pennsy's M-1 Mountain.
