'Twas the Baldwin 2-10-0 Decapods, I believe. Except they were never shipped for some reason.

Reason being deal was made with Czarist Russia and by the time locos were ready for shipment the Bolsheviks had introduced the "worker's paradise". Lenin may have been the first to use the praise, "Have I got a deal for you." Even as early as 1917 there was no love in western governments for communist ideology.

Hence deal for U.S. roads that needed motive power. Take a long look at the 2-10-0's in question and you can discern a slightly different cast to their appearence re U.S. locos of the period. JMHO
