The "Sort Of" option is pushing it as well. [(-D]

You might get a better response if you posted this on the Amblesyde & Tiddley Cove Sipping Society web site.[tdn][tdn][tdn][tdn]

I had to go with "sort of" because that best says it for me. I'm more into reading about real trains and watching real train videos than I am a model railroader - though I have a nice layout and a real nice collection of locos and rolling stock that I'm very grateful for.

I said no because I read the question as "Is this a value-added poll/thread on a Model Railroad forum?"

this poll adds nothing good to the forum, thus it merit's a "no" response.

Why would I toil for hours and hours over minute details, building rocks from scratch...rocks I said! Why would I lie on my back on a cold basement floor for weeks on end soldering wires to tracks? Why I ask you? Why? Well I'll tell you why...I'm a masachist (sp)!!!!...long exasperated pause... No seriously, of course I love MRRing. Why would anyone spend time and money on a hobby they don't love or enjoy? Sorry...but this is a dumb question and another dumb poll!!!!!!!

AAAAaaaarrrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhH!!!!!

It does seem strange to question MR readership on MR's site.

Yeah I love it, but sometimes I think, "This is just too Time consuming" and stand back a bit.

However model RR'ng has some kind of magic to it that is theraputic and makes life more bearable. You can create a minature world to your specifications.
