Here are some pictures of the GP60B and some flatbed cars that I bought yesterday. I still need to get a dummy engine to put in front of behind of the GP60. It looks kind of funny going around the layout without an operating cab.

My wife gave me the Branchline Laser Art Flag Stop station, Huntinton Valley on the Reading's Newtown branch. I think I can convert it to the New Britain station on the Doylestown branch.
Also N Scale Model Railroading by Robert Schleicher, good reference even if I work in HO.

Bonus is going to a PCM T1 #2102 in Rambles paint.

Train related included: an Atlas Virginian Trainmaster with sound, a BLI C&O T-1 with sound (these are my first two HO locos with sound), an O.Winston Link calendar, 2 N&W historical society calendars (one color/one b&w), and one book on the Pocahontas Land Co., plus an unopened Bachmann bicentennial N&W train set.

Well let's see...Santa was more inclined towards tools this year, he brung me a set of three nice benchplanes, a belt sander, a Dremel, and a drill index from Rocklers, coupla shirts, some jeans, etc.

"He" brought the kids a drum set, some legos and barbie stuff, and two trains sets for my son, a Model Power military set and a Lifelike freight set, and a Bachman Grinch train for my daughter. I added in a Gandy Dancer and bobber bagoose for my daughter, and a Bachman crane/MOW car and some more military cars for my son.

Outside of Santa's purview, I picked up a Spectrum Shay, an OT flatcar, and three OT D&RGW passenger cars just before Christmas, and a Spectrum 4-6-0, three Santa Fe ribsides, and a pair of MDC synchro sound units since.

Hey, regardless of what his list says, I haven't been bad ALL year, right?

I did well; aside from 2 x Bachmann heavy mountains (painted, undec.) I got a beautiful Bachmann China diesel loco DF 4B in candy orange with yellow stripes...what a beautifully made model, and runs so well....a loco I recently travelled behind in China. And , I also got a Fischer Price GeoTrack for me and brand new first granddaughter Chelsea Rose, who is almost 4 weeks old. In a couple of years the floor is gonna be COVERED in track !!!
Geoff I wish I was better trained.
