Worth it?

I have two BN, IHC Hobbies, cars, and was wondering if it would be worth it to invest in metal wheels and knuckle coupler conversion kits?

I have changed all of my rollingstock (Tyco Bachman Lifelike )over to Kadees and metal wheels. If you can't run it and count on it, you really don't need it. I say change it or sell it on Ebay.

If you like the cars, absolutely! If you don't like them, then you don't need to.

Yes it would be a good idea to change out the couplers and wheels. Its an expensive and time consuming project, but you will like the way things work sop much better. Intermountain makes good wheel sets, and Kadee makes the best couplers.
