Wiring Tortoise to BD-3A Block Occupancy Detector

I would like to know how to wire the Circuitron Tortoise switch machine to the BD-3A Block Occupancy Detector. I would like to operate HO crossing gates automatically with these devices when a train is occupying the crossing.

Why not send Mike a note and ask him? The unit has a 500 ma output. I would suspect that you will need to drive a relay with some kind of DPDT contacts so it can reverse the polarity on the Tortoise(it needs this to make the arm go up and down).
