Walthers RD4 Coal Hoppers and Loads
Posted by BNSF4ever on Friday, November 11, 2005 12:12 AM
I have a set of BNSF RD4 Coal Hoppers and I bought the six pack Walthers sells of coal loads...only they do not fit in the hoppers. They seem too long and too wide. Cutting them is not easy. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a substitute product I can use instead of the Walthers loads?

And they do fit. The interior bracing may need to be removed or slots cut into the bottoms of the loads to clear them.
