Little Black decoder Plug in Gizmo

I was reading an istall procedure about a 8 pin and a loco and realized that there was a black 8 pin female socket for the decoder to fit into, my loco i have doesnt have the socket and im trying to find on to install on my bachmann so idont blow another decoder any help would be great.

Cut the 8 pin male plug off of the decoder harness and hard wire it.
Red wire: Right side rail
Black wire: Left side rail
Orange wire: RIght side motor lead
Gray wire: Left side motor lead
Blue wire: Light common power
White wire: Headlight
Yellow wire: Taillight.
Any other wire you have such as green or purple will be for more lighting functions, but only the more expensive decoders have them.
