e-r monrails with dcc and lights

Newbee here. I have recently purchased two E-R monorail sets, and am considering installing lights and DCC into them. I am wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the matter. They are to be run on a larger layout of an amusement park for my kids (oh, ok, and me too). I have built two old bachmann elevated platforms, and kitbashed them into monorail stations. DCC would allow me to make a layout that would not be the same at both ends. This would give two operators more of a challenge to arrive at their stations on schedule.
