Storefront photos

I don't know if this is an original idea or if I read it somewhere.

I have thought about using photos of storefronts to make my model storefronts look like, well, storefronts! I've googled several times, but have failed to find any good, plain storefront pictures. I can take photos of storefronts, but I have to limit my selection to fit my 1950's era layout.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to find just plain, simple, straight-forward photos of storefronts? [%-)]

Appreciate your suggestions.

I rember reading in a Classic Toy trains magazine once of a whole disc of window pictures and photo, for use in any scale. I'll look it up for you if I can.
