Good N-scale DCC decoders with sound?

I'm working on a new N-scale layout, and I'd like to try DCC. I'm really interested in the potential for having the locomotives make sound: bells and whistles and horns when they should be sounded, controlled from the DCC cab control.
But, do such DCC decoders exist? Would they work in a single diesel engine, or do you pretty much have to have a dummy unit or steam-with-tender to house the speaker?

Hello Jacob,
Go to
www.soundtraxx.com
to see their line of N scale-compatible sound decoders.
Use in diesels would most likely require a dummy unit. George Sebastian-Coleman showed how to install a sound decoder and speaker in a Bachmann Spectrum 2-8-0 in the January issue of Model Railroader.
