hi guys,
here are some pics of trains from our vacation last September ..sorry they are poor quality but trying to get 400 miles a day in made it impossible to stop and wait for the trains to take pictures of..anyhoo..here it goes

Sounds like you had a real vacation, Chuck. All the kids were back in school, so the roads were less travelled? Otherwise your shots would have had most of another RV in 'em. [:D]

Nice pics. I have been out that area several times, so I understand why there wasnt more RVs. Not much traffic in west texas. Kinda of barron country. Hope your vacation was good.

ps: live in Austin area, and drove to phoenix/las vegas last year. Long trip
