AtlasTurntable and DCC

Installing a new Layout (my first) of the FEC keys extention starting at the old Miami yard. I have a Atlas 90 degree turntable and am using MRC Prodigy system. Can't seem to find much information on DCC turntable wiring other than the instructions that came with the Atlas motor. Do I need to wire each storage track and if yes should the power line be reversed? Also I found a diagram on a Lenz LK100 Auto reverse contol. (MRC has a AD520)
I have wires dropping through the layout for the motor (two lines) and now I am ready for the next steps. Any help is appreciated.
