Swapping trucks under N gauge locomotives

When the Soo Line bought their GP30's, they traded in Alco FA-1's and had the Alco trucks placed under the GP-30's. I believe some other roads did the same. My question: I have an Atlas N gauge GP-30. Can I use the trucks from an Atlas N gauge RS-1, RS-2, FA-1, or RS-11 under the GP-30? If so, how do I do it? Can I buy the trucks from Atlas? Any help will be greatly appreciated! - Lloyd
