train sims for mac

is there any train sims for mac besides railroad tycoon. all i have is a mac and i can't find any other ones for it, anybody else ever find one?

I'm a Mac user and to my knowledge they're none. what you could do is get virtual PC and then be able to run all the windows simulaters. But that would be expensive. Might be cheaper to find a good used PC and set it up as your simulater (think of it as your virtual layout) You could also use it for running the free rail planning software available from Atlas or Model Railroader.

Another Applehead here! [:D] (I don't do windows). Yep there are some. Train simulators are a VERY small nitch market for the Mac but they do exist. There are two listed here: http://guide.apple.com/action.lasso I have the Steam Train Sim and while limited, it is fun.

actually there is planning software available for the mac . all have free demos but i think you have to pay something if you want the full version

what about TRAINZ? Do they make a support for the mac? just a thought. I contacted them about some installation probs i had and they were very cool. Good luck.
