i guess that's ok . i doubt there's any copyright still on that image
of course that is my opinion only . i suggest getting your lawyers advice first

Well James If you reduce the size quite a bit you should be able to use that image without upsetting any one. If you can get it to less than 50k I don't think anyone here will have issues wit the picture. I could be wrong about the size. There was a topic on it a few days ago.

If you are asking about copyright law I have know idea. The image could be in the public domain but you might want to research that if you are worried about it.
