Model Die Casting "deals" (multiple car sets)

Model Die Casting (pre-Athearn) used to offer HO car kits in related sets of 4 to 12 cars. These usually contained models of a specific car type or roadname.
An example was deal 861 which were twelve 40 ft BN "Fallen Flag" (GN, NP, SP&S and CB&Q) box cars. Later deals which contained FMC covered hoppers were 922 (BN) and 940 (ex-Cook) with different road numbers. The stock numbers on the individual boxes are different from the "deal" number. The 922 deal has box number 7834 (for all 12 road numbers) and deal 940 has box number 7862 for both (different road numbers) BN stenciled cars that I have.
I was able to purchase individual cars at the scale shows in Timonium MD from dealers who would split up the deal. Some of these cars still show up at other shows. I picked up two Frisco hy-cube boxes at a Greenberg show that I believe were part of one of these deals (number 848?).
Does anyone know of a source that lists the corresonding stock numbers on the boxes versus the deal number?
