LEStER, free webs won't work for picture hosting i tried but to no availl so i went with
http://www.picturetrail.com/ which is dead straight forward, you upload your pics, then click "get URL" find your picture, then copy the URL and paste it into this forum but put these in front and behind [ img ] your URL goes here followed by [ / img ] Dont leave any gaps between the letters or it won't work

The problem is that you have a space in your image filename. This site doesn't do well with spaces. Rename your picture on your site and try again.

Hi guys! I remembered to take a some pictures this week.

This first one is of the waterfall on my layout. It is named Margaret Falls after my best friends wife who was the person who suggested a waterfall would go nicely there....And she was right!


This one is the backside of the westend of my layout. I just finished laying down some grass so some of the areas are showing white


This final one is of the "Twin Tunnels" at the backside of the East End of my layout (8x4). I've had the tunnel portals forever and finally got the time to install them.


Hope you enjoy my layout and the progress I'm making. I've enjoyed all the great work everyone has posted in the thread over the past few months and have been greatly inspired by all of you.

Tommyr: I dont think I'll ever tire of looking at that pic in your signature, did you ever give instuctions on how you did the road? paint colouration and so on, if so.. darn it I missed it.

I had the exact same idea for the chainlink too Ken,(as I am sure many have) I got yard of grey and a yard of silver about 4 months ago while i was picking up some dried flowers( for trees) its just sitting on a shelf waiting for me to begin again, hopefully in the near future, $1 each from Wal-Mart !! enough to pretty much fence in the world in HO.

This was an undec HO Scale McKean ACF 2-bay cement car that I added some extra detail to, and custom graphics.

Nice engine,you are lucky to have a train show this time!Do you guys have more than one a year?Our train show is a little before XMAS here,we only have one a year.Some good deals once in a while.How do'es the new engine run sure looks good?

No photos this weekend, just got in from a working vacation down south in Santa Maria on the Central California coast (Franciscan Spirituality Conference). Haven't even had time to go out into the garage and see if the layout's still there. Going to spend today over at Best Buy and see if I can come up with an 8-pixel camera, then if I find one I like, I'll go nuts and post some stuff for next weekend. But first, I have to re-lay the track on my curved viaduct--have no idea what happened, but it's all squiggly. Thank God I've got some spare Sinohara bridge-track that holds the curve you set it at. Of course, if I'd done the right track in the FIRST place, I wouldn't be going through this, would I, LOL!

Steve: Glad to see your Joint Line is up and running--how about some more of those gorgeous Rio Grande locos? You can NEVER have enough Rio Grande, LOL!

oleirish- we have multiple train shows through out the year. I like the ones in the fall twords christmas though, they have more stuff. The new engine runs great. It was marked at $100 but I got it for $50! The picture was taken before I put all the detail parts on it so it looks even better now.
