I was pondering how you got so much track on what appeared to be the same size layout as my little 8x4...then I went back and read your intro (see above quote). DOH! That's how you got so much track on your layout. Kinda makes me want to switch to N Scale. If only I didn't have som much money on HO...[sigh] Keep us posted on the progress....slow or not. It looks great! Trevor[:)]

I just ordered Faller's Bietschtal Bridge (N-scale) from my LHS. It looks similar to yours. I needed a bridge with a span long enough to cross a gap in my upper deck for a window that I need to access. The Bietschtal Bridge is the only one that (a) fits; (b) I liked; and (c) I could afford. My LHS should have it in about 3 weeks, and I can hardly wait. It will be my first attempt to build something. Timothy: Yup, that's what it is, a sort of 'Americanized' version of the Beicstahl. Got it about two years ago and did just a little kit-bashing on it to make it look a little less European. It's a pretty spectacular bridge, and it goes together really well. Enjoy yours--let me see a photo of it when you get it installed, okay?
