Am I alone, or would anyone else like to see a real SW1500 or MP15 in n scale? Even a GP15-1 would be great. Modeling a modern shortline, I have a great selection of freight cars available, but locomotives are lacking. GP38's are nice, but I'd really like a relatively modern switcher,

Couldn't you do a little kitbashing on LifeLike's excellent running and looking SW9/1200 and turn it into a 1500?

Well, I guess a bashing could do the trick, but the truck frames may be difficult. Every SW1500 and MP15 that I've seen seem to have Blomberg trucks and the Life Like shell would require a major overhaul at best. I do thank you for the advice.
