Modeling the 1870's in OO/HO - Structures
Posted by hminky on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 6:48 PM
I was asked if structures in OO would have to be scratchbuilt. Most HO structures can be modified for the 15% larger scale.

An AHM Ramsy Journal Building with an OO scale figure

Many doorways have a transom so that it can be made smaller and the door size increased. The detail on many economical HO structures is coarse and fits better with OO.
