Hello Corey,
I'd like to be helpful but your post left me scratching my "warped" head.
Now, didn't the Lakeshore limited become a turboliner years back? Is this the version that you're modeling? What time period are you modeling Amtrak?
The Walthers Budd cars are accurate if you're modeling Amtrak in the 70s and early 80s. I know, as I rode Amtrak often back then. Before the Budd cars were rebuilt, most of Amtrak's Budd diners had blue interiors. After the 1980-83 rebuilding, most had brown and beige interiors.
Give us a little more info.
Cheers!

The last time I saw 48 & 49 it was a conglomeration of anything that would roll. Usually the Lake Shore has an ex-NYC 1948 Budd diner. How do you like that, almost 60 years old and still running on the Central! Bet the Budd designers would be proud!
