Hobbies other than Trains?

Lets see

Photography – No too many railfan photos!
Painting – No too much backdrop painting!
Wood working – No that is benchwork, cabinets and remodeling the basement for the trains!
Computers – No that is what I am doing now!
Working on small engines/metal working – No that is the 7 ½ inch gauge trains I am building!
History Buff – No that is again train related too!
Electronics – No that is those BLI and Soundtraxx sound engines and DCC!

I guess I don’t have any other hobbies too busy with all the train related ones to do anything else!

I used to do a lot of sailing, crabbing, fishing, and helping people build decks, ramps, etc., but my diabetes has left me with no energy reserves. The sugar is there but I can't tap into it, so I get exhausted with anything strenuous. So I work on the train modules a little at a time.

Cowboy Action Shooting, my alias is Oracle Jones. Pleased to meet you, Tony Tinhorn. Hey Trainluver1, what's your alias?
Other hobbies include: railfanning, reading about the Old West and Civil War, shooting pool, plinking, sporting clays, playing with my granddaughter (she turns 1 in April).
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice.

I'm an artist, a political activist, a history buff, I practice meditation and martial arts. I'm also a full time college student, majoring in philosophy of religion and minoring in asian studies.

Life actually keeps me fairly busy but luckily I work at the university as well, so whenever I get off of classes I'm off work, and that's when the major gains on the the layout are made.
