Some of you might have heard this before. I found it in some book I read a while back. It involves baking soda and super glue. Ever need that instant shot of structural bonding? Well here is how it is done. Say you want to join two walls together. Make a temporary bond and then take some baking soda and form a fillet at the joint, take some super glue (the thinner stuff works better) and drop it onto the soda. In a couple of seconds you will have a permanant and rock solid bond that will not come apart! It really works great!! I'm not sure how the chemical process works, all i know is it works!!

You can also use the same mix as filler for holes or gaps in models too- just keep it in thin coats, the stuff is hard once it sets. Don't want to spend all day sanding it back off!

Great Idea. I just tried it and it works great. It is unbreakable. Amazing!

O.K!
Worth experimenting with as I recently bought an HO building kit with tall walls and wondered if the CA I'm going to use will hold or "pop apart" as I put the rest of the structure together.
Thanks for the tip! [;)]
