Rivarossi made Streamlined NYC Hudsons a while back. They're ok, but not the best.

Currentley, BLI makes NYC J1es, but they're not streamlined.

It's probably a Rivarossi--they made streamlined Hudsons in NYC, Milwaukee and Santa Fe (Blue Goose). Jonathan's right, they weren't the best runners in the world, but I know of guys who have replaced the Rivarossi motors with NWSL cans, and improved the running qualities by about 80%. Just be sure that you look for the 'newer' Rivarossi without the NEM wheels--they're too deep to comfortably run on anything less than code 100 track, and will climb right out of a code 83 turnout. The 'newer' Rivarossi's have wheels just a little deeper than NMRA specs, but they're okay on code 83. They also have a traction tire on one of the drive wheels that can get problematic with sudden temperature changes.
