3D CAD track design/operate programs

I have designed track plans for many years using Personel Designer software (similar to AutoCad). I am looking for recommendations of 3D CAD programs (preferably with a demo)that will let me acturately design the trackplan, scenery, structures and be able to operate it from the cab and/or outside view. I do not have the space available to build a layout, but I would like to build one and operate it on my computer. Is something like this available?

Try www.trackplanning.com they have a free demo of 3rd PlanIt you might like.
