1 inch scale caboose drawings

I just purchased a set (7 drawings) , full size, for constructing a 1 inch scale model of a Pennsy bobber caboose at an antique store. The drawings have incredible detail, including the interior. The have no identification and are in the original pencil. Any of you old timers have any idea who might have prepared them? and for what? It would be a lot of work just for personal use.
