Ed -  Any wood-sided railroad car.

Take your pick.  All four are models of cars built 1890s and earlier.

Next  -   Any 'foreign railroad item  that has made its way to the area modelled'.

More rural-ish scenes

About as rural as it gets on my layout. Still more scenery work needed.

not totally rural.  but it works.    This scene has been saved and designed into the new layout.

BRVRR

More country scenes, please.

One of my favorite scenes on the layout.

This is an old photo and this scene is in need of some TLC. That's high on my to-do list when I get back into model railroading for the winter. Golf season in Ohio is coming to an end. My course is going to be closed for the next two days due to cold weather. I figure in another two weeks I'll be spending lots of time in the basement.

More rural scenes, please.

Another structure with metal siding, please.

Used HO scale corrugated metal siding for the roof on the prairie grain elevator.  Thought it closely resembled N scale metal roofing.
