The main issue is the paint manufacturer.  They now only want to sell an enormous amount of paint per color ("enormous" for model railroaders, that is).

Dan Darnell is still leading the Rapido Proto Paint line, but it's at a stand-still at the moment.  Jason is still willing to do it but it has to make sense.
