Another watercraft.

Just like in the lego picture, this boat is being attacked by a squid and a shark. That seems to be a theme for Florida train show displays. This scene is on the First Coast Modeler's HOn30 sectional layout.

Track fiddler
Sure like the paint job with the multiple colors in that stone Kevin.

Thank you. My years of painting gaming terrain and figures has let me develop the skills and patience for this.

I could not kill the shine on the paint after I glued the ground cover in place. I think that might have been a result of using Matt Mod Podge on the scenery. I never had that problem with good old Elmer's Glue-All.

Something in need of repair, my PA/PB which somehow lost its coupler. If you are wondering what it is doing on top of the roundhouse, don't ask.

Show me another steam locomotive in need of repair.

Not really repair, but it needs assembly. This little Pacific Fast Mail (United) 2-6-2 has been disassembled, cleaned, and painted. Now it needs decals and reassembly so it can go to work on my layout.

Wait... no layout yet... I guess it will be a while still before it finally gets assembled.

Show me something else in need of repair.

Show me anything that disappointed you.

I was disappointed when my new Royal Hudson somehow snagged the eccentric rod after only one trip around the layout:

My favorite locomotive? That would be what I lovingly call The Beast, my BLI C&O 2-10-4.

Why? Because it performs flawlessly, it is a great puller, and it is large, heavy and bulky.

Show me a large freight house...and I mean large.

Getting close to 24 hours, and none of those really large freight houses.

You will need to take my word for it... this freight house goes on and on...

Show me a freight station, warehouse, or transfer building.

It's two-toned, and it is the cleanest coaling tower ever seen on a working railroad.   Laugh

Dunno, but it sure is yellow!
