Bi-Centennial decals

I model the Grand Trunk Western in HO scale, I have been wanting to paint and detail a GP-38 as the "Thunder Chicken" Bi-Centinnial unit. Does anyone know where I might find decals for this? I've been looking for a couple of years now, with no sucess. Miller Advertising made a set in the "70's, but they tell me that they are no longer in stock. Custom decals are a "last resort"
due to the extreme cost for just one project.
Any help would be appreciated greatly.
Thanks, Todd C.
