Folks-
Anyone have a source for BLI parts? I need a wheelset for an RSD15; BLI says they have nothing (2006 product, they say), and no response from them as to who might. Ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried anything like ebay or Trainz.com? I frequently browse ebay, and sometimes Trainz, and both usually have parts for sale. Another thought would be to try swap-meets or a local hobby shop if you have any nearby. Maybe someone else will have some more ideas. (I posted a similar reply to your question yesterday, but it seems to have vanished.)
I would think that one of thier other diesel wheel sets will fit. A cost saving move to make them all the same. They also still make the RSD15 under the paragon 3 line

Hello. I agree with post above. Also, you can ask BLi if you can replace the entire truck of your RSD-15 with truck from Paragon 3 RSD-15.
Sign of the times,...a lot of these Chinese product importers no longer bring ANY spare parts in,...NOTHING spare!!!

You would think that, but you would likely be wrong.
More than likely, especially with BLI, the newer loco is not made in the same factory or with the same tooling.
You know those USRA Mikados they sell, they are on at least their third factory, and every time it has been partly retooled. I know because I needed parts once........
