Let's move on to "F"

The letter "F" designates the Front of the locomotive:

My wife was with me when we toured Mr Muffin's magnificent layout. She noticed the dead people outside the Pharmacy and made the same comment. Too funny. She made me take the picture.

Here's a "K" to keep things moving...

...and just to show that even if the car isn't prototypical, the roadname is...

Now, it's time to give us 'L!

Sorry, but this alphabet-related theme is too easy.   Here's a moving van...

....I'm not suggesting that we N'd it, though, so hows-about sumpin' startin' with an "N"?

Thanks again.

...Moving on to "Y"

"Y" is for Yellowstone, or, in this case, the running gear of one...

The frame was broken, and a friend sent it to me for repairs.  While the repair was rather easy, the transaction took a bit of a bad turn when Canada Customs charged me a ridiculous fee for duties owed, as the owner had valued it as a complete locomotive and tender, even though he had, as I originally suggested, sent only the running gear.

The debacle was eventually cleared-up, and the charge dismissed.

And that brings us to "Z"....that's "zed", folks, unless... you know...you consider it to be a "zee".  I'll overlook that faux pas, though, since I have a lot of American friends. WhistlingSmile, Wink & Grin

I am so mad at myself. Before I left this week I took a good picture of my ZEBULON OMEGA AND TALLAHASSEE boxcar just so I could post it on the "Z" request.

.

Then, I forgot to upload the picture to IMGUR!

.

Oh well.... next time...

Someone else will need to show us that Z.

It can't take all that long to upload one photo, can it?  Photobucket has been especially slow these last few days, but even so, a couple of minutes tops will get it done for me.
