Have a new computer w/windows 10. Suddenly, as of yesterday evening, I no longer can view any of the MR videos. All I get is the title screen with a black center. The push to play arrow is not showing. I am able to view the user videos.
I am able to view all the videos using an Ipad.
Anyone else having this problem?
I'm not having any problems with videos & Windows 10. After reading your post, I tried Cody's Office and it loaded & played without any snags. Sorry I can't offer any other help.

I read your post, and thought I'd give it a try on Windows 10. I logged out of my computer, went down to my wife's office, a computer with Windows 10, logged back in, and was able to view everything, including videos.
Maybe there is some type of video/media player that your new computer needs?

Thanks. I was able to look at everything yesterday morning/afternoon. Suddenly last night, zero.
EDIT: Okay, tried viewing w/Internet Explorer and was successful. Went back and "refreshed" Firefox and now everything is okay. Another "fixed it by fumbling around" moment.
