I'm flabbergasted at all the technical advancements and awesome products that are available, so this is going to be a lot of fun, belated though it may be.

I will probably have gobs of questions, so forgive me in advance for being a pain in the patoot... Speaking of which, I just picked up an old Roundhouse Pullman Palace Observation Car which had no instructions. Does anyone know where I can get them?

Thanks

Jerry

https://www.google.com/#q=roundhouse+pullman+palace+instruction+sheet&*

First result on Google lead to hoseeker.net.  I would try there.

Welcome back Jerry.  I guess first, you'll have to scroll through the different years of Roundhouse catalogs, and identify the car you have.  I have this car, it's in the 1977 catalog, 80' pullman palace observation car.

There are 50'ers, 60'ers, 80'ers, and 86'ers.  So first, determine what you have.  I have the instruction sheets for the 80', from 1977.  If this is your car, I would be more than willing to scan and send to a personal email.  You can give me that through a personal PM, in here, by clicking on my avatar/profile.

Jerry,

I just happen to have that kit. It's been gathering dust on my shelf for at least 20 years, probably longer. I have the instruction sheet and I can copy it  and mail it to you. Send a message with your mailing address. There isn't much to it. It's a single sheet with minimal instructions on one side and a blow up diagram on the other.

I think this was the first time since I bought it that I have even opened the box. The price tag on it is $7.95 if that helps to date it. It even has horn hook couplers in a swiveling coupler box.
