I ordered a complete locomotive chassie for their new 2-8-2 to use as the base to build an IC Baldwin 2-8-2 (an engine IC modelers desperately need but will never be available except in brass but that's another thread).  They shipped me the stripped chassis by mistake.  I called Bachmann Parts and spoke to Bob.  I was sitting in front of the PC when I called and while we were talking I received the email saying the replacement part was shipped.  It arrived today, Priority Mail, 3 day shipping along with a prepaid shipping label to return the other chassis. 

Mistakes happen and most companies are good about fixing them, but I think handling it immediately instead of putting in the que with other orders goes above and beyond.  Cudos to Bachmann!
