Kitbashing An N Scale SD60MAC

I have looked at kitbashing an N scale SD60MAC before,  Now I have gotten serious and have carefully what it would take to complete this kitcash.  It is a very simple project.  All that has to be done is get a Kato SD70MAC and a 3 front window, 4 side window SD69 cab from Atlas.  The cab drops right on the Kato shell.  The only modification is to cut the battery boxes off of the SD60M body and glue them to the cab to replace the  Kato SD70MAC battery boxes.

First a correction to my original post.

  I will use the battery boxes off of the Kato SD70MAC and attach them to the Atlas cab.

Second.  I have ordered the SD60M cab and window glass and will begin the kitbasht as soon as they arrive.
