I have the phase-I Amtrak F40PHs and the pair didn't hesitate one bit with my 17 car Capitol Limited. I had them on the head end of an 11 car Amfleet consist and they did fine with them as well. My grade is closer to 1.5% and the Walthers Amfleets roll as if their hand brakes are set but the Rapido F40s are surprisingly good pullers.

[edit] YouTube only gives me three choices of screen "grabs" to use for the thumbnail. This is the best of the three No
