GTW Green?

Does anyone know how to make the GTW green that they used on their F3s? I imagine it's the same green as on the CN F3s from the 50's, but I don't know how to make that color either. I wondering if there's a premixed paint out there that is either right on, or real close. Or what should I mix to get it?

I have a Bachmann shell I'm putting on an Athearn RTR chassis and want to paint it up as a GTW unit.
