Missing parts-ordering replacement?
Posted by Jimmy_Braum on Thursday, August 20, 2015 6:42 AM

I built a loading platform from the walthers cornerstone series. When I had to disassemble it (Long story involving rustolium), three parts went missing. So my question is, can I get replacement parts? Otherwise I'm sticking it in a corner on the layout.

These are the opinions of an under 35 , from the east end of, and modeling, the same section of the Wheeling and Lake Erie railway.  As well as a freelanced road (Austinville and Dynamite City railroad).

Jimmy,

Call Walthers customer service and they should be able to help. If current or recent production, they will likely have parts available. Older stuff, not as likely, but they will try to help if they can.

I've dealt with Walther's Customer Service multiple times. It is 1000x better to call them instead of trying to email and wait for a response and email back, etc. Just my two cents. -Alex Warshal
