My Union Pacific forums are back online.
Posted by EL PARRo on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 11:53 PM
Some of you might remember my original Unofficial Union Pacific Railroad forums from several months ago (http://www.bbfree.com/uprrforums/). After about a month, my host went awol and my forums have been down for a while. I have finally found a new host and my new and improved Unofficial Union Pacific Railroad forums are online, better than ever. My new forums cover a slightly broader range of topics, but still focus on Union Pacific. And for those of you who look less favorably upon UP than myself (*cough*Greyhound Challenger*cough*), there is a forum just for you.

Here's the link:

The forums have only been up for less than two days, so there hasn't been a whole lot of time for people to register and start posting yet. I wouldn'y worry; as time goes by, the forums will pick up steam, and in a few weeks, I think they could be pretty active.

EL PARRo

What's the difference between the two forums you listed in your post?

The first one that I listed is the original forum. For some reason, it was down for several months, so I assumed that it had been deleted and I created the second forum with a different host. I'm surprised to see that my original forum is up again.

My real forum from now on will be the second one (the invisionfree forum).

We Have Union Pacific here in the Portland area. A mainline that runs East to Nebraska( I think)and a North-South main hookin'up Cali to Washington. My layout is modeled with UP. I'm going to check out your forum and I might join.

The forums have been dead for months. But with some new members (and old members returning), they can be revived.

Not really much of a UP fan anymore (gasp!), but I'll join if I get the time.
