Lisbon gets a tower

Starting with this kit,

I built this tiny structure.

The stove pipe is 1/8 inch brass tubing, the right angle bend is soldered.  Windows are glazed with clear plastic from an Entemann's Danish pastry. Lights run off the layout 9 volt lighting bus.  The Lisbon sign is 8 point type from Word for Windows.

Looks great!

Must have been tough having to eat Entemann's pastry as part of the process. Whistling

Ayup, took me three whole breakfasts to polish off that apple danish.  Tough work.  Looking at the pictures, I see a big light leak under the eaves.  The roof isn't glued on so I can access the interior to fix things.  I may have to weaken and glue it down.
