Hey every body.

I have an old picture of horses and cows. This picture was taken before I added another 8' foot to the layout.

I hit a speed bump in the road of life, and had to take Chemo and a stem cell transplant. Everything is coming along nicely now. As soon as I get some energy back I plan to resurrect the trains.

Have a good day

Lee

I have always Liked Great Northern, how about some rolling stock with the Goat?

Glad to hear you're doing better, Lee!

But you're still on the hook to suggest the next "show me."

Here is the goat on a Great Northern tractor-trailer truck.

Nice idea to do a logo, but let's make it easy.

Please show any railroad logo. ... Fallen flag, current railroad, or freelance railroad.

Have fun!

Two different CNR logos. One from mid 40's (right) the other from mid 50's.

Let's keep going on the logo theme.

Does an oil company logo count?

A British/American tanker.

Show me a Gulf oil logo, or a defunct oil company logo.

Is B/A a defunct oil Company?

If not, back to a Gulf tank car.  Otherwise show me a Texaco tank car.

Is B/A a defunct oil Company?

B/A was taken over by Gulf, that's why I asked for Gulf. I am not sure what happened to B/A paint Co. Better known as BAPCO paint. And a whole host of other B/A companies. Their stuff is quite collectable. I have an old oil can (unopened) that must be a good 70 years old out in the garage. Time to do some reading.

Back to our regularly scheduled programming Folks!

A former advertising painting is showing through decades of dirt on the side of a building.

 Let's keep the advertisting going.

Even though these aren't billboards I think they qualify as advertising.  I scanned a sale flyer from a local drugstore, shrank the images, and put them in the windows of my 1:87 scale Rite-Aid drugstore.

It's been almost a day, no more signs, and it's time to rescue it from falling off page 1.

There are advertising signs on the fence of the Fishermans Memorial Park on the Boothbay Railway Village layout - John Deere Tractors and Lyns(?) Flavoring Extract

and just to keep Mr B happy, another Moxie sign
