Freight Station Build in Oct 2013 MR

I am interested in building the freight station (in HO) featured in the Oct 2013 MR issue, however, it seems that there are a number of critical dimensions missing, The long side view shows the height of the vertical wall under the high end of the slanted roof, yet the rear (at the other end) shows a height for the lower portion of the midpoint of the roof fascia itself, rather than the top of the lower back wall. How is one supposed to get the angle of the slope of the roof correct without that dimension? I suppose that converting the published drawings (or PDF file) to HO scale and then using that as a "story stick" register of the needed missing dimension(s)could work, but my highly expensive workplace copiers only use whole numbers to enlarge or reduce, so copying at exactly "183.7%" will not be precisely possible. As this represents a re-hash of a 1967 article, it might have been provident for MR to improve on the few dimensions there are for the building. Any suggestions, or should I just wing it? I'll bet copying at 184% is close enough. You're talking about less than the width of a knife blade's difference, which should be good enough.

Another approach in situations like these is to cut a little long, then trim to fit parts with known dimensions.

I'm willing to bet that the dimension on the right side is actually for the heighth of the wall even though it looks like it goes to the middle of the fascia. I think the draftsperson just didn't want the extension line for the 9'-3" dimension to go through the drawing of the station even though it's unclear the way it's drawn.
