MV Lens Applications - Part Number Needed

For the super detailers out there (or anybody that can help). I want to use some MV lens on the short and long hoods of my GP-35, 38, 40 engines as the class lights.

Does anybody know the part number of the lens I should use?

I've been looking at the Walthers catalog but can't quite figure out the metric size thing versus the actual size of the class lights on the real thing and then the corresponding MV part number. A MV part number for clear lens would be greatly appreciated!

By the way, what is the actual size of the lens/light on a real GP series engine?
