I might be going thru Calgary next month - since time is limited, what is (are) best hobby shop(s) there for H0 scale ?
Thanks,
Choo Choo Lew
Two MR shops, both in the south end of the city on and close to MacLeod Trail, Chinook Hobby and Trains and Such, the latter being trains only.
Trains and Such, hands down.

Depending on what you might be looking for, Eastridge Hobbies and HobbyTech can also be worth looking at. The latter also carries European stock. While that may seem of little interest, some of the related bits look like they can easily be adapted to North America and you won't find them elsewhere. Both are also in the SE quadrant of the city. HobbyTech is right beside CNR's Sarcee Yard, for added interest.

Second to Trains and Such. I live in Edmonton (300 km N of Calgary) and make monthly business trips to Calgary. I always make a point of stopping at Trains and Such. Not only do I find items to support current projects, I find stuff to inspire new projects. As well, the staff has supported me by bringing in special order items when I request. Best trains shop in Western Canada (IMHO).
