Bring a model train to work day
Posted by Rastafarr on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 9:03 PM

Anyone know when it is this year? I couldn't find anything online about it. Usually November-ish if I recall correctly.

Anyway, being firmly committed to being a train-in-the-backside to everyone that makes the mistake of looking faintly interested, I've got a cunning plan. I'll whip up something trainy and use it to interest/occupy/irritate the people at work! Now, what would work best? Shall I throw together a Timesaver and let my colleagues play Rail-Sudoku all day? Or put up some unitrack, a few trees, and a building or two and take the scenic angle?

Thoughts?

Hi,
From my experience it is always (usually) the Friday before ThanksGiving (US) ..
So if that were hold true that would be Nov 22..
However, some say it is the 3rd Friday of November, which would be Nov 15.
This is a unique year, so I would plan on the 15th & fall back on the 22nd until we hear more...

I'm sure someone will provide a definative answer.
