Jacon 12 Good morning, a day late.
I bought the same speeder, and when I received it I was stunned that the wheels would not roll. It bugged me until I finally thought of putting "N" scale wheels on it. May not be Proto, at least it rolls. Hmmm, just noticed that rail joint doesn't look so good, never had any trouble with that shop lead though.
Roll on.
