Just quick question.Will those Tomix N Scale Thomas the Tank engine models run on Code 55 track or are the wheel flanges too deep?

Unlikely but you never know.
I have seen a few running on std 'N" scale track but not on the smaller code55 rail.
Unless an "N" scaler can tell you the only way to find out is take the plunge and get one.
Which is not the ideal way to do it.
but they do look rather good.

Since Tomix is a Japanese manufacturer, my guess would be, "Probably." The Japanese manufacturers embraced finer flange standards in HO long before the US market started to demand them.
If the flanges are actually a bit too deep, they CAN be turned down. All it takes is a way to power the motor while GENTLY contouring each flange with a file. I have reduced the pizza-cutters on an ancient Rivarossi dockside (HO) to the point that it will run well on Code 70. As built, it would hit spikeheads on Atlas Code 100 flex.
Slightly OT - A Japanese modeler used a Tomix model of Thomas' little pal Toby as a base for a very nice HOjn762 loco of the type used by many old Japanese country tramways. I'm tempted to duplicate the feat.
