H.O. Sunday Photo Fun 8-22-04

Here it is! My favorite day of the week. Let's see if we can muster enough enthusiasm to post a pic or two[:o)] The NFL has begun it's season, so Summer is on it's way out. My desire to model has been lagging for the last month or so. That's a good thing. I know I'll feel the fever again soon and will feel refreshed after the short hiatus.
I'm gonna post some older pics because I have to blow the dust off my Empire before I take any current snap shots. My goal for this modeling season is to tear down my old layout and start over again. If I do start the redux, it'll be after the new year.
There's Gingerbread cookies and muffins on the kitchen table. Coffee, tea and water are on the counter.ENJOY!!!!!

Bryant,
I honestly thought that was a postcard picture of a prototype train. That is SUPERB!!
Put down the pink hat Javern[:o)]
JJ, you've been bit by the sound bug. EXCELLENT! My first sound equipped loco was a Spectrum Decapod. I haven't looked back since.

Finally got the pictures of my scratchbuilt transfer cobbose up on the net, so here is. I think it came out pretty good considering I'm only thirteen and it's my first scratchbuild. The picture don't come out realy good, so the actual models a little bit better.

Excellent pics everyone!!!!
Noah,
I'd be proud to have that caboose on my layout.
It's good to see people posting. I'm looking forward to another wonderful season of modeling and comraderie. Ya know what, I think this board has become as busy as the Atlas board. It seems to be void of any malcontents as well. As a matter of fact, I saw Andy Sperandeo post something not too long ago. It's good to see well know people posting with the masses[:o)] I'll be staying here as well as the Atlas board. I would be honored to kick off SPF every week on both boards. It's all good!

Noah you are only 13 so I'd stay away from the inudtries for a couple of years.....try to keep it in the PG-13 range....[;)]

Hello there Joe.

My latest project was to build a GP10 from a P2K GP9 - pretty simple once the paint was off.

Still got a load of weathering to do on it, though.
